Our driver was late so it was hard to meet up. Company was unable to provide new car. We were offered a discount but I do need soo that reflected in the charge. Freddie Our driver was polite but dressed in t-shirt and shorts so not what was expected. "

"Driver was lovely, had to call office as no confirmation received on who driver was or contact details. Office answering was very vague and didn’t provide confidence in booking given reviews I had read.
However given how great the driver was my stars are high."
