"I ordered a Mercedes v class and paid extra for this. What picked us up was a dirty Hyundai iload with stains on the seats. Hardly the same class of vehicle after I’d promised my son he’d be getting a luxury car at the end of our 25hr journey if he was good.

When he arrived the driver was very courteous and apologetic and we were soon on our way. I did not have any change at the time so would like to leave a tip now for our driver"
"Elite requested I give a flight number which I did and they booked the pick up for the time the flight left Denver not the time the flight arrived at Heathrow they refused to listen to me and refused to give a refund so I had to use public transport to get home so from my point of view I feel totally ripped off and I am going to post a similar review on every review site I can."
